James spent his formative years leading and delivering excellence in IT Service Delivery for national and international nonprofit and commercial organisations, and for the last 10 years has focussed on driving best practice and IT Strategy in the nonprofit sector.

He is highly experienced in translating business challenges and goals into technical strategies, IT Operating Models and Technology Roadmaps – traversing the technical and non-technical worlds to ensure tech helps organisations drive towards their goals.

In the past, James has managed Service Delivery teams both in the UK and New Zealand. His valuable knowledge and experience gained in IT delivery, IT Operations, project management and consultancy working for over 15 years in the sector enable him to help charities design and implement IT strategies that are fit for purpose, and optimised around a Cloud First mindset.
