Dr Ishbel McWha-Hermann is a Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh Business School.

Her research interests focus on the application of work and organisational psychology to international development organisations, particularly examining issues of social justice and workplace diversity, their intersection with workplace policies and practices, and their implications for poverty reduction initiatives.

She is the lead researcher on Project FAIR, which examines fair reward in international aid organisations.
