Howard Mollett

Howard is senior policy advisor at CARE International UK. He has worked with CARE country offices in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Sudan and the Great Lakes region. He is a specialist on aid effectiveness in conflict, in particular issues related to gender, humanitarian access, conflict sensitivity and peacebuilding.

Prior to joining CARE, he worked as a research assistant at the Centre for Defence Studies and completed an MA in conflict, security and development at King’s College, London. He has previously also worked with environmental and rights NGOs and research institutes on trade and human rights policy issues, and on the establishment of a pan-Balkans civil society network on environment and conflict issues.
