Heather Hutchings is the strategy manager for Amnesty International’s programme seeking to engage China abroad. Heather holds a MSc in Human Rights from the London School of Economics and has extensive experience in strategy management and capacity building, organisational change and development.

Heather has been working with individuals and teams across different geographical locations within the Amnesty International movement for the past 13 years, including the last 8 years in Hong Kong.
