Gail is one of the founding partners of Humankind Research, an agency specialising in human insight for social impact. She brings commercial qualitative research and consumer insight experience to the third sector, having spent the first half of her career a senior director at one of the biggest global market research agencies and the second half serving the third sector directly, including in her role as head of audience insight at Oxfam GB. She has worked on a range of briefs for a number of charities, from understanding public attitudes to key issues through to fundraising message testing and innovation research.
