Florence has over 10 years of experience working with both local and international NGOs. She is currently working with BasicNeeds UK in Uganda (BNUU) a locally managed organisation. BNUU has 4 years experience in delivering mental health programmes in Northern Uganda. In the last four years, it has been implementing a community mental health project in four sub-counties in Agago District, which has engaged over 6,500 community members (3,856 persons with mental disorders and their family members)
