Teresa is the Director of the Research, Advisory and Policy Department at Conciliation Resources and coordinates NGO involvement in the Tri-Sector Working Group. Teresa leads Conciliation Resources’ work to share evidence and learning with international policymakers in order to improve policy and programming responses to the causes and drivers of conflict.
She oversees and supports the work of the gender and monitoring and evaluation teams, and leads cross-organisational organisational learning and strategic planning. Over the past few years Teresa has played a leading role in coordinating NGO efforts to raise and address the impact of counter-terrorism legislation and sanctions on humanitarian and peacebuilding work, in particular the problem of bank de-risking of NGOs.
