Charles Kojo Vandyck is a development practitioner, author, and podcaster working across the Global Majority. He is currently the Head of the Capacity Development Unit at the West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI), where he supports organisations through training, mentoring, coaching, and strategic guidance to help them become more resilient, effective, and grounded in local realities. His work centres on systems change and locally led approaches to civil society strengthening.
