Bonnie is the managing director of The Social Investment Consultancy (TSIC), a global advisory firm specialised in impact evaluation, diversity and inclusion, and impact investing strategies, with offices in London, Hong Kong, Accra and Bangalore. Her clients include British Council, UNICEF and the Children's Investment Fund Foundation. She is also the founder of Lensational, an award-winning social enterprise which provides storytelling and photography training to marginalised women and girls in 23 countries and provides platforms to sell their work, and partners with corporates including American Eagle Outfitters, Standard Chartered Bank and Colgate. She also serves as a Senior Contributor on Forbes writing on gender and diversity. 

She has received multiple accolades for her work, including winning the Humanitarian Grand Challenge, Facebook Social Entrepreneurship Award in 2019 and Hivos Social Innovation Award 2015. She is named Asia21 Young Leader and Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneur. She was also featured as the Ambassador for Sustainable Development Goal 5 in the Lavazza Calendar, and has been invited to speak about social entrepreneurship in 20 countries.
