Alexis Gallagher is Bond’s safeguarding and HR adviser. Alexis leads the coordination and delivery Bond’s safeguarding work to secure sector-wide improvements in the quality and consistency of safeguarding in development assistance and humanitarian aid. Also responsible for developing and delivering improvements to Bond’s internal HR policies and processes.
Before joining Bond, Alexis worked with Medecins sans Frontiers for over ten years as Finance and HR Coordinator in Chad, DRC, Malawi and Philippines, as well as in the Paris HQ in an HR manager project-support role. Since leaving MSF, Alexis completed an MSc in International HRM, CIPD L7.
