Aaron Oxley is RESULTS executive director. He became involved with RESULTS as a grassroots volunteer in 1998. In 2005 he joined the Board and in 2009 was appointed executive director. He has a long career in development that began in microfinance in the late 20th century, and has helped to build organizations based in the developing world to provide people living in poverty with access to financial services including savings, loans, and insurance.
More recently he has focussed his efforts on TB and is a huge supporter of the Global Fund to Fight Aids, TB, and Malaria given the central role that civil society and communities play in its operation and governance. Aaron is a passionate believer that everyone has a vital role to play in ending global poverty.
