1.9 To qualify for the multiple bookings discount on training courses, you must book all course places at the same time.

1.10 We ask all customers to pay for courses and events in advance by card online. This helps us keep the cost of the courses down. If you encounter any issues when making payment, email [email protected].

1.11 There may be an official photographer on site. The photographs may be used by Bond on our website, social media and in promotional materials. Please let the photographer know if you do not wish to be photographed.

2. Bookings from outside the European Union (EU)

If you live outside the EU and want to attend one of our events or training courses in London you may need to apply for a visitor visa. We strongly advise you to look at the UK visa authority website to answer any questions you have about entry to the UK as we are not able to offer any support for visa applications. You will need to submit supporting evidence with your booking to demonstrate that you have the right to enter the UK and pay the full training course fee before the booking can be confirmed.

3. If we have to cancel a course or an event

Occasionally we may have to cancel or postpone a course or an event. Except in an emergency, we always give you at least 2 weeks’ notice. If this happens we will refund your course or event fee or transfer your booking to another date, depending on your preference. We are sorry we are not able to refund travel or accommodation expenses.
