Lucy Lamble

During her twelve-year career at the BBC, she made programmes, produced online learning, ran a broadcast appeal and was based in Nigeria for BBC Media Action. There she led the training for BBC Voices, a project funded by the FCDO. Lucy went on to set up the Guardians global development desk where she was Executive Editor.Drawing on this experience, Lucy has since been working as a consultant with NGOs and foundations on reframing development narratives and inclusive communications. She also works on digital transformation projects and as a mentor and coach with peer journalists in low- and middle-income countries.Lucy has a postgraduate certificate in education, a postgraduate diploma in project management and studied at Cambridge University.
