Collaboration has become essential to achieving development and humanitarian goals, but we haven’t yet developed relationships at the scale we need.
This session examines what it takes to turn that partnership rhetoric into reality: from the competencies individuals require, through the organisational change necessary to be institutionally fit for partnering, to the necessary enabling environment and more supportive approaches donors must take. You’ll understand the obstacles and accelerators for scaling up partnership efforts, and be inspired to take action to support an environment that nurtures collaboration.
This session is for: everyone
