14:15 to 15:45

NGO leadership has evolved considerably in recent years. However, we now have to do all we can to succeed in a world that is increasingly Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA). This session will focus on how NGO leadership can be effective in this rapidly changing context. It will be led by Professor Sharon Turnbull, a specialist in leadership and bringing about strategic change. Along with a key note presentation by Sharon, an experiential learning exercise and case study will help stimulate discussion and give participants the opportunity to apply the learning to their circumstances.

This session is for: Leaders, boards, managers and those aspiring to take leadership roles in the future.
