A global pandemic and continued funding uncertainties have made every day working in international development even more complex and stressful. This session will explore how mindfulness can support your employees to tend to their wellbeing and mental health.
Providing tools and resources, the session will provide an experiential taste of mindfulness. You'll find out how you can support your wellbeing, as you work remotely, and find ways to decrease stress and anxiety, and enhance resilience and wellbeing, and how such individual approaches can support organisational wellbeing and culture.
