Four things to do with open data

Rutherford room, QEII Conference Centre
Monday, February 29, 2016 - 14:30 to 16:00

From hackathons to climate data, this session will present four different ideas of how open data, including their own open data, can be used by international development organisations to enhance insight, improve decision-making and support programme outcomes. The panellists will also talk about some of the challenges of using and promoting open data in their work, and the emerging relationship between open data and the SDGs: the "data revolution".

This session is chaired by Claire Melamed.
