Suzanne is a former broadcaster and journalism skills trainer with BBC News and the BBC World Service. She has spent 10 years working internationally with the UN and the non-profit sector as a communications specialist, media adviser and trainer.
Her consultancy, 20 Seconds Media, delivers workshops and one-to-one coaching in aspects of communication such as public speaking and media training, presentation skills and advocacy. She specialises in the cross-cultural workplace and crisis response.
She has qualifications in cross-cultural communication training and in international business English teaching, from International House, London.
