With a background in communications, Rebecca Kadritzke has 15 years international development experience both as a project manager and funder for both for-profit and not-for profit organisations. She is currently CARE International Uk’s institutional partnerships manager with a focus on DFID, supporting and coordinating CARE’s efforts on partnership development and donor engagement with colleagues in Country Offices, global technical teams and programme management teams both in the UK and across the wider CARE confederation. Her role also includes internal support and capacity building on bidding for commercial contracts and complex grants, value for money and payment by results.
Before that, Rebecca was a senior programme funding specialist within CARE International UK’s Africa Programme team, with a focus on the Middle East and Horn/East Africa. Prior to joining CARE, Rebecca worked for international development consultancies in London and Brussels in funding and project management roles, overseeing private sector, financial inclusion and monitoring and evaluation programmes funded by the EC, EBRD and others.
Rebecca has been co-chair of Bond’s Funding Working Group since November 2016 and has been a member of the Steering Committee of Bond’s Contract Working Group for 3 years.
