Justine Tordoff

Justine has over 15 years work experience in the humanitarian and development sector, including 11 years with Oxfam GB and 6 years with RedR UK.

Her area of expertise is Human Resources management, with her most recent role being at the HR Director level. She has worked in a significant number of development programmes and humanitarian responses including HR manager for the Tsunami response in Sri Lanka, Cyclone Sidr Response in Bagngladesh, and as South Asia Regional HR Manager based in Delhi, provided HR Leadership to Oxfam's Humanitarian and Development programems in India, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka with a staff of over 600 and a budget of GBP 20 million. She also worked as a Country Director on Mozambique managing a livelihoods and education programme.

Justine has facilitated training workshops on a wide range of subjects in various countries in Africa, Asia and Central America including management and leadership, humanitarian and devlopment essentials and standards, project management, people management, strategic planning, accountability, training of trainers and others.
