James Rind

James has been dedicated to empowering people to "live well" both mentally and physically for over twenty years.  

He has worked across a range of occupational, clinical and sporting settings, which has enabled him to develop a confident, creative and responsive approach to the delivery of wellbeing interventions.  His bespoke group training workshops and one-to-one wellbeing support sessions continue to inform, engage and inspire delegates to make transforming changes to their personal and professional lives. 

James is an avid "off-gridder", writer and walker and has a strategic mind and can see the huge impact that organisational policies can offer to staff engagement and performance within a company.
