Eve Poole

Eve Poole has been teaching, consulting and speaking on leadership for over a decade.

Eve started her career journey at the Church Commissioners for England, after gaining a BA in Theology from Durham University. Inspired by a conviction that the Church needed a better understanding of good business practice, she returned to education to gain an MBA from the University of Edinburgh Business School where she won AMBA Student of the Year.

She honed her skills at top consulting firm Deloitte, specialising in change management in the financial services industry. In 2010, Eve combined her two interests by gaining a PhD in Capitalism and Theology from Cambridge University. She currently teaches leadership for Ashridge Business School.

Her clients include Barclays, EY, Tesco, Foreign Office, BBC, the Royal Shakespeare Company, NSPCC, Natural History Museum, and Clore.
