Costanza is a consultant, trainer and facilitator with over twenty years experience in international development. She has a strong background and specialism in EU policy and experience of working in Brussels as an advocate and of conducting broad consultative processes there and internationally. The author of Bond's Guide to influencing the EU, Costanza has facilitated Bond's EU Corridors of Power course since 2009. She also has substantial experience of the UK NGO sector having worked with and advised a wide range of UK INGOs, as well as having undertaken research and policy analysis on a number of sectoral issues,  including within the framework of EU development and humanitarian policy.
