Alexander Betts

Alexander Betts is Professor of Forced Migration and International Affairs, the director of the Refugee Studies Centre at the University of Oxford, and a fellow of Green-Templeton College. His research focuses on the politics and economics of refugees and he has written for publications such as The New York Times and The Guardian. He has worked for UNHCR and has served as consultant to a range of international organisations including OCHA, UNICEF, UNDP, and the World Bank.
