Outstanding Individual Award

The Outstanding Individual Award recognises exceptional people who have made a lasting contribution to the organisation and the sector.

Working or volunteering in the international development sector takes many different guises, with roles ranging from programme officers and fundraisers to expert engineers and charity shop workers. The tasks they undertake can be vital and wide-ranging, and often come with significant responsibility and expectation.
