About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our organisation working in partnership with the Western Hemisphere Regional Committee, a working committee of the WAGGGS World Board that is chaired by a World Board Member.

In this role, you will facilitate connections across the organisation and providing strategic insight to the committee to ensure the successful execution of the regional strategy within the context of WAGGGS’ global priorities.

Contribute to the development of an organisation-wide volunteer engagement framework to maximise the support WAGGGS provides its volunteers and their effective contribution to the organisation.

About You

As the successful candidate, you will have significant experience working with volunteer groups and supporting their engagement and development.

You will have experience of project management undertaking research, developing the project work plan, ensuring it implementation, tracking and reporting on process.

You will have a great track record of building, maintaining effective internal and external relationships, developing cross-functional working with staff and volunteers in the UK and internationally

It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of business reporting to senior level stakeholders and have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills together.
