We are looking for a determined, passionate individual who can contribute significantly to developing our partnerships with bilateral and multilateral donor agencies, with a particular focus on Northern and Western Europe.

Mercy Corps is a leading global organization powered by the belief that a better world is possible. In disaster, in hardship, in more than 40 countries around the world, we partner to put bold solutions into action — helping people triumph over adversity and build stronger communities from within. Now, and for the future.

The Strategic Institutional Partnerships Manager (SIPM) is a new position within the agency, created as a result of the significant growth of Mercy Corps Europe (MCE). S/he will have excellent interpersonal skills, excel at networking and building long-term relationships, and will be proactive and creative in their work. Experience of working in a senior field-based role would be an advantage, and candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record in successfully engaging with relevant European institutional partners.
