Do you want to join an organisation that fights for children every single day? We are looking for a Senior Education Advisor to play a leadership role in defining and delivering our teacher development and wellbeing programming as well as supporting our girls’ education projects.

This post sits within the Education team in the Programme Policy and Quality (PPQ) department. The team is responsible for defining and delivering on the education strategy and plan. Team members ensure all proposal and programmes meet technical quality standards through the provision of technical input on all aspects of a programme including MEAL. There are also responsibilities to report back to a wide range of stakeholders about impact and lessons learned, including key funders.

To be successful you will have an internationally recognised post graduate degree in education or related subjects, or have relevant alternative experience. Strong analytical and conceptual skills are also essential, as is experience of providing technical assistance and individual mentoring to programming teams.
