What you’ll be doing:
The Regional Programmes Manager role is a key role responsible for providing overall supervision and management support to Muslim Aid Country Offices and partners in the South Asia region to deliver high quality sustainable development programmes in line with the organisational Strategic Plan and Accountability Framework.

Who we are looking for:
You will be an exceptional, experienced and qualified (post-graduate) International Development professional with senior distance management experience. As well as internal stakeholder management you will have proven experience of building strong relationships at the highest levels with development partners.
You will have extensive experience of managing and facilitating projects within the South Asia Region and of strengthening capability across country teams in that region. In particular, you will have policy or leadership skills in one of Muslim Aid’s thematic areas of work (livelihoods and microfinance, health, education and WASH).
