All We Can, is seeking a talented programmes administrative officer with superior task management and systems administration experience to support its Programmes and Partnerships Team.

 

All We Can, is seeking a talented programmes administrative officer with superior task management and systems administration experience to support its Programmes and Partnerships Team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a new Programmes Information Management System, including liaising with the vendor in the fulfilment of their contract, managing the testing of the system and migration of information.  Proficiency in online grant management systems and/or database management, a systematic approach to work and strong attention to detail are essential for this role.

Salary: £24,000 plus full benefits package

Reporting to the Programmes Director, the Programmes Administration Officer (PAO) will provide administrative and logistics support to the Programmes Director, including the Programmes & Partnerships Committee (PPC) meetings of the Board, and the Programmes and Partnerships Team (PPT).  They will provide programmatic support to partnership managers and the wider programmes team in their work with partners overseas, and additionally lead on the implementation and on-going management of the Partners Information Management System (PIMS).
