The Coalition for Global Prosperity (CGP) is a new charity which believes the UK should be a powerful force for good in the world. We are building coalition of political, military and faith leaders who all want the UK to be forefront of the global efforts to save lives, alleviate poverty and hunger, and expand economic opportunity. Through a strong aid budget and an active diplomatic and defence strategy the UK can help change the world for the better. Now is the time for us to lead.
The CGP will work in Westminster and across the country to educate and engage policy makers and thought leaders on the importance of the UK's role in the world, and the impact on our aid spending.
We are supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation.
Our new office, based in Westminster, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised Office Manager. As part of the UK’s fight against global poverty, our small yet dedicated team works with the public and policy makers to champion UK aid. We organise a number of public and private events with high profile speakers throughout the year. The successful candidate will be capable of balancing a range of responsibilities in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will need to be passionate, capable and adaptable in order to organise a range of administrative, research and event planning duties. They will have strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage a large caseload and work on their own initiative. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking and able contribute to the further development of our organisation as we grow.
