EPG is looking for an exceptionally organized, highly motivated and capable Manager to lead EPG’s Communications and Business Development portfolios.
The candidate must possess excellent communication, strategic thinking and relationship building skills and will play a critical role in the planning and execution of organisational communications, as well as the scoping and development of new partnerships and funding opportunities. The Manager will report directly to the Director for Strategy and Partnerships and will hold overall responsibility for leading the implementation and iteration of EPG’s communications strategy; supporting the programme teams to implement their own communication plans and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to define, scope, and develop partnerships across the sector to support initiatives and collaborations that amplify EPG’s impact.
The right candidate will be passionate about the role education plans in transforming lives and see this role as an opportunity to support EPG’s approach to supporting governments to shape and strengthen their education systems and improve learning outcomes globally. Depending on the successful candidate’s location, the role may require significant remote working and thus personal initiative and time management will be critical. This role may include some international travel, subject to COVID-19 travel restrictions, indicatively up to 10% of the time.
