The Legacies Manager is responsible for leading the legacy marketing strategy. The role will require the development and delivery of recruitment and retention plans including supporter journeys and involve the delivery of direct marketing campaigns.

The Legacies Manager is responsible for leading the legacy marketing strategy. The role will require the development and delivery of recruitment and retention plans including supporter journeys and involve the delivery of direct marketing campaigns. The team is responsible for: Gifts in Wills mailings, regular legacy engagement communications and events. Develop strong relationships with teams both based in the UK and overseas.

The Legacies Manager is responsible for leading the legacy marketing strategy. The role will require the development and delivery of recruitment and retention plans including supporter journeys and involve the delivery of direct marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels. Activities the team is responsible for include (but not limited to): Gifts in Wills mailings, regular legacy engagement communications and events. Develop strong relationships with teams both based in the UK (such as Marketing & Communications team, digital, Data and Insight and Supporter Care) and overseas (such as Country Offices and volunteers based overseas) across VSO raising the profile and understanding of legacies and marketing opportunities.
