About the role:
EPG is looking for a highly motivated researcher to join its Research and Evaluation Team that works across all our country programmes.
The successful candidate will find EPG’s vision and values to be exciting and motivating and be eager to contribute to building an organisation recognised for its evidence-based approaches to technical assistance in international development and for its contributions to the global education evidence base on education system reform.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the generation of policy-relevant data and research from our growing portfolio of country programmes; establishing high research standards and tools for the organisation; and using this research to contribute to the global education evidence base.
This role is based in EPG’s London office with international travel (indicatively up to 20%).
With a passion for education, you will have experience in leading the design and delivery of policy-relevant, yet rigorous qualitative and quantitative research projects. You will be eager to work in partnership with government to tailor research projects to their needs. You will come with experience analysing and interpreting complex data and drawing out key themes and policy implications and communicating them to non-technical audiences. For more information about indicative responsibilities and requirements for the role, please see the full job description.
