VSO's Global Brand and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading VSO's recruitment marketing activity and for developing and managing the VSO and ICS brands.

Role overview

VSO's Global Brand and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading VSO's recruitment marketing activity and for developing and managing the VSO and ICS brands. The right candidate will help us generate target numbers of quality applications for our short-term youth programmes and our longer-term professional placements.

Skills, qualifications and experience

To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience of managing strategic, audience-led brand and marketing campaigns. You will be an excellent communicator, capable of building strong and effective relationships with internal teams and external partners. You will have significant budget and line management experience and a passion for international development.
