Theatre for a Change specialises in innovative and participatory approaches to behaviour and policy change, particularly in the field of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) of marginalised women and girls in Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia. Our unique approaches have established us as leaders in the field, and attracted funders such as DFID, GIZ and Comic Relief.
The Fundraising and Grants Manager plays a key role in the strategic development of the organisation, both by raising funds for innovative projects and partnerships, and by effectively managing our currents grants.
This full time role is based in London and will include travel to project locations, and has a starting salary of £34,000 – £36,000 per annum.
