Closing date: 3 December 2017
Job Type: Paid
On behalf of members and the broader sector we seek to build and foster the coalitions to work on joint advocacy and campaigns in three key areas - increasing public support for development and aid, ensuring continued humanitarian and development cooperation with and through European partners during and after the Brexit process, and combating attacks on civic space, including working as the UK representative at the UN Community of Democracies. Collaborative influencing work with UK-based organisations and international partners to ensure achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, and in this context inclusive economic development, remain a priority, along with a focus on aid quality.
If you combine the coalition leadership skills, the understanding of the sector, a track-record of successful influencing and the credibility to command respect among a wide range of interlocutors, together with the ability to lead a great staff team and manage the resources required – then we would love to hear from you.
