We are looking for talented, highly professional trainers with experience of designing and delivering either online or face-to-face learning programmes to join our team of associates.

Bond’s training courses are recognised as some of the best learning opportunities in the international development sector. Our highly-regarded associate trainers all have both in-depth practical experience in development and excellent facilitation skills.

As the popularity of our courses continues to grow we are developing a series of online learning products to complement our face-to-face offer and we are therefore looking to expand our team. New associates could work on either online or face-to-face programmes.

If you are an experienced trainer (ideally online as well as face-to-face) with subject expertise in one of the following areas and would like to join our team, we would like to hear from you.

Subject areas required:

  • Monitoring, evaluation and learning
  • DFID funding and contracting
  • Project management
  • Theory of change
  • Impact assessment
