Gender programme

Share learning on implementing, supporting and assessing programmatic work on gender equality, and girls' and womens' rights and empowerment

The Gender Programme working group provides a space to engage, learn from each other, share good practice, address common challenges and explore critical debates relating to gender, women’s and girls’ rights and development. It focuses on programme design, implementation, partnerships and learning to contribute to more effective, gender transformative practice, and to inform wider policy debates.

The Gender Programme working group is part of the Gender & Development Network (GADN).

In 2016 the Programme Partnership Agreement (PPA) Gender Learning Group joined the GADN Gender Programme working group. The new group is comprised of members of GADN and existing PPA gender learning group members and we are happy to discuss membership enquiries from other Bond members. GADN also hosts several other working groups focusing more on thematic, policy-orientated issues.

Please contact the group chairs directly or GADN (coordinator@gadnetwork.org ) for all questions about this group and for links to our resources, as the Bond page is not used for group coordination.
