Transparency and public trust

Join us for an event on Tuesday 5th September where we will be discussing transparency and public trust.

The aim of this meeting is to explore the importance of transparency and public trust within the sector, including questioning the importance of investing in transparency at organisation and sector level, and the impact that transparency has on public trust.

We will have three guest speakers contributing their respective experiences and insights into the meeting's theme:

Nicole Gillespie, associate professor at the University of Queensland, whose research interests include developing trust across cultures, organisational trust and reputational repair.

Perry Maddox, chief operating officer at Restless Development, who were this year's winners of Bond's first Transparency Award

Stephanie Schlipper, transparency and operations manager at Mannion Daniels, fund manager for DFID's UK Aid Direct programme.

We do hope that you can join us and contribute your own experiences to the discussion. For any further details about the meeting, please contact Tanaka at tnyamadzawo@bond.org.uk
