This session will explore how to make the case for staff wellbeing in a way which gains senior management buy-in. 

You'll find out how organisations are working with their senior management to ensure that wellbeing and mental health is prioritised, through case studies of what has worked well and lessons learned.

The webinar will cover:

  • making the case for supporting staff wellbeing and mental health
  • focusing on the people of your organisation
  • working with senior management to secure buy-in
  • ensuring that wellbeing and mental health is a priority in your organisation 

This session is run in partnership with Cigna who support NGOs with healthcare and wellbeing.
