“How” not “what”: Working together to deliver the Sustainable Development Goals
Wednesday 16 October
For organisations to play their part in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, whether in the UK or around the world, requires the right enabling environment.
However, in the current UK context, the existing conditions do not match the level of ambition required.
We need to work together in new and innovative ways to bridge this gap.
Join Bond and UK Stakeholders for Sustainable Development (UKSSD) at this free half-day workshop, to understand how we can collaborate and contribute to positive change.
In this workshop, participants will share perspectives on the challenges and barriers that impact our individual efforts to achieve the SDGs and identify where we can work together – while recognising our own organisational capacities and remits.
We want to get to get to the "how" of the SDGs, not just the "what", by exploring opportunities to work together to create transformational change in the future.
Participants should be familiar with the SDG framework, but do not need to be experts or have the SDGs as their primary focus. This event is for organisations working in the UK and/or internationally.
