Conference 2021: Transform

Day 4 of the Bond Annual Conference 2021 interrogated the systemic issues across the international development sector  to cultivate inclusive organisations, on 27 May online.

As a much-needed light is shone on organisations’ cultures and practices, our thought-provoking sessions explored transforming organisations and the wider sector into a fair, diverse and equitable place.

The Transform programme spanned institutionalised racism, consent and ethical communications, and embedding safe and supportive cultures.
