Business model innovation for NGOs

This groundbreaking three-day programme will support leaders to create innovative, future-fit business models. It combines the expertise of strategy and innovation specialist Ian Gray and the Bond innovation and learning team.

Who should attend?

This executive-level programme is specifically designed for leaders of international NGOs who want to build future-fit organisations and create new models that can meet changing needs. It is particularly relevant for CEOs and COOs, and strategy, business development, finance, and programmes directors. To get the most out of the course, we encourage two senior leaders from each organisation to attend, and are offering a 50% discount for the second participant.

Read Jo Baker, CEO of International Service, on how attending the programme has helped the organisation to explore new programmes and ideas and Kathy Peach's three top tips to boost long-term thinking and decision-making. You can also watch five short videos of organisations who are already challenging traditional business models, filmed at the Bond Conference 2018.
