UK Network on Sexual & Reproductive Health & Rights
The UK Network on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (the Network) has been a working group of BOND since June 2001. The purpose of the Network is to promote better sexual and reproductive health and rights for all people in developing countries and in countries in transition, especially the poorest and those in marginalised and disadvantaged groups.
In recent months the Network has undergone a period of transition and adjustment during which it has been revising its Terms of Reference and the organisation of its governance structures. This culminated in Network elections in September and the creation of a new Steering Committee and a number of new Working Groups.
Membership of the Network is open to all BOND members who agree to the Terms of Reference of the Network.
Steering Committee:
Chair: Carol Bradford (Freelance Consultant)
Committee: Leo Bryant (Marie Stopes International), Ros Davies (Women and Children First), Stuart Halford (International Planned Parenthood Federation), Sunita Grote (International HIV/AIDS Alliance), Clive Ingleby (VSO), Susie Jolly (Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex), Carmen Sepulveda Zalaya (ActionAid), Alice Welbourn (International Community of Women Living with HIV/AIDS),
