Report Launch: 'A BOND Approach to Quality Standards in NGOs: Putting beneficiaries first'
On 18 October 2006, BOND hosted an event to formally launch the report and to enable members to discuss the issues that the report raised.
The meeting was chaired by Penny Lawrence (Oxfam) and attended (pdf) by 50 BOND members.

Aidan Timlin (pdf) (Christian Aid), Alex Jacobs (pdf) (Mango) and Richard Graham (pdf) (Comic Relief) presented their reactions to the report and suggested ways to take the report recommendations forward.
Moving Forward
In order to take the report recommendations forward and engage the membership in further discussion and debate, BOND is establishing:
- a pilot group for putting accountability into practice
- a working group on accountability and quality standards
- Action Learning Sets with an accountability focus
