Who it's for

At the moment, we run peer learning groups for staff working in international development programmes. Within this we cater for a variety of roles and levels of seniority, including officers, managers, heads of department and directors.

The programme is not currently open to those working in other departments or teams within UK-based international development organisations (INGOs), such as advocacy, finance or communications.

However, if you fall within these categories and would like to join a peer learning group, we may be able to arrange this for you. If so, please contact us.
