Profile

Vicky Cosstick has worked as an independent consultant in the international development sector for the past four years.  She has over 25 years experience of working with groups, teams, organisations and individuals in the voluntary and faith-based sectors.

Her work includes a wide range of assignments in consultancy, change and learning.  Recent projects have included facilitating the Emergency Personnel Network conference, which began with involving 50 participants in a peer learning process.  She is delivering management development and coaching programmes for the leadership teams of two organisations currently undergoing major change.

She has often delivered away days to build new teams, develop strategic thinking and planning, build collaborative working or resolve conflicts or communications difficulties.

Vicky employs a wide range of tailor-made facilitative processes and interventions, and likes to work creatively with complex issues.  She has a particular interest in exploring complexity theory and conversation in groups and organisations.  She regularly offers a course in Facilitation Skills for Development.

Vicky has a MSc in Change Agent Skills (University of Surrey), and a PG Cert in Conflict Resolution (University of Coventry).  She is also an accredited mediator.

Recent clients have included People In Aid/EPN, Big Lottery Fund, CAFOD, Bond, RNIB, International Childcare Trust, HelpAge International, National Autistic Society.
