Bond resources
Bond Guidelines on Policy Engagement and Consultations set out a framework for how Bond will seek to facilitate, mediate and manage the collective engagement of its member organisations with key relevant decision-makers, including the UK government, the EC, non-departmental public bodies and UK funders. ‘Engagement' here includes, but is not limited to, formal consultations with government.
In most cases, Bond's role in facilitating engagement will be carried out by the Bond Secretariat and Bond working groups, and the latter's role is complementary to the engagement individual members of Bond seek for themselves. The guidelines complement other best practice documents.
