Susanne Niedrum

Specialist executive coach for senior managers in international development

Profile

Before becoming a full time coach in 2010 I worked for 25 years in international development, living and working in 13 countries.  I have held project manager, technical support, director, chief executive and board positions in both development and relief contexts.  Having led and advised large and small multi-cultural teams on the front line as well as in head office, I understand the challenges of the sector and will likely have experienced many of the situations you face.

I trained as a coach at Ashridge Business School, am bound by the Ashridge code of ethics and have regular professional supervision.  My original degree is in civil engineering and MSc in tropical public health engineering.
